1919 - 1991

First manufacturer of chess sets in the United States. Drueke also made wooden chess boards, chess tables, cribbage boards, poker chip racks, backgammon sets, dominoes, checkers, card boxes, and other wooden accessories in walnut, cherry, and maple. Drueke expanded into manufacture of injection mold plastic pieces for its wooden boards around 1940. Drueke's name and product lines were assumed by The Carrom Co. of Ludington, Michigan in 1991.
