Manufacturer of bureaus, bedsteads, tables, stands, Windsor chairs, high chairs, sofas, ottomans, rockers, cribs, cradles, and looking glasses in black walnut, cherry, oak, and ash. According to Frank Ranson's The City Built on Wood, much of their production went to the American Car Co. in Chicago. Powers & Ball also manufactured parts for McCormick Reapers assembled in Chicago.
